Sourbet 3.7% Raspberry & Lemon Berliner Weisse

Kelly has made no secret of the fact that brewers are a selfish lot. By his own admission, they generally tend to brew beers they like to drink. And Kelly's love of all things tart translates in his brewing. With a Passionfruit and Juniper Sour and Yoghurt and Bruesli all ticked off, the next challenge was Berliner Weisse. So…. Kel brewed a Raspberry Sourbet! ...READ MORE

Shadow Majestic 4.0% Pacific Milk Stout

This is likely to be our last Fork Brews release of 2015 - so do join us before the silly season kicks in and starts becoming a marathon/chore! Fork Brewing's final new brew for 2015 is a 4.0% Pacific Milk Stout. Little Forker Release: Fire & Freckles - 3.2% Ginger, Smoke & Milk Sugar Belgian Table Beer

The original yeast added to the brew was a blend of Belgian Trappist High Gravity yeast and Bavarian Wheat Blend, a combination of German Wheat Beer yeasts and an Ale yeast. ...READ MORE

Fork Brewing & Breakside Brewery Collab: ORE India Golden Ale

There's been a bit of a long, anticipated run up to this week's release of ORE, the ostentatiously hoppy 9% India Golden Ale that was the resultant love brew between two spirit brewers.  Brewed way back in the early, heady days of August, when everyone was still bright-eyed and bushy-tailed in the lead up to Beervana, ORE was a collaboration between Fork Brewing and Breakside Brewery as part of Beervana’s Portland Brewers exchange. ...READ MORE

Beervana Media Brew: Jelly AnTipodean Raspberry Vanilla Chocolate Stout Launch

Forget new-fangled flags. The people have spoken. And they want - nay, insist - on new-fangled, flag-inspired beers. Thankfully for them, our Beervana Media Brew flag-inspired beer, Jelly AnTipodean, answered their call (unlike indulgent PMs with pre-determined flag design options) winning the Media Brew People's Choice, and selling out at Beervana last August. ...READ MORE
