A classic English Bitter. Malts are the star, sweetened by slight fruity hops. Delicious after a long day. Best poured with nitro or on handpull.

Style: English Session Pale Ale (English Bitter)

Appearance: Copper-orange with a firm off-white head.
Aroma: Sweet caramel malt character dominates with a subtle berry-like hop character.
Flavour: Initial biscuit-malt sweetness on the front of the palate, followed by sweet raspberry and lemon-lime hop notes on the tongue. Finishes with a light bitterness and cracker-like malt back-palate.
Hops: Bramling Cross.
Malt: Maris Otter, Torrefied Wheat, Caramalt, Dark Crystal, Dark Chocolate, Roast Barley.
Yeast: Mancunian Ale (warm fermented)
