A classic Gose that can quench any thirst. A slight sour onset followed by lemon and coriander. A great session beer that doesn’t cloud the palate.

Style: Traditional Gose

Malt: Pilsener, Wheat, Sour Grapes, Flaked Rye
Hops: Falconer’s Flight
Yeast: house strain, warm fermented
Other: Soured with blend of Lactobacillus delbrueckii and Streptococcus
thermophiles. Cook Strait Sea water, Ground Indian Coriander seeds
Look: Pale yellow with cloudy head
Flavor: puckering sourness dominates the palate with hints of lemon zest,
coriander spice and celery salt. Wheat malt contributes a smooth body with a
subtle, bready character.
Aroma: Freshly squeezed lemon juice with a hint of candied-fruit ester. Slightest
hint of ocean spray in the background.
