This is a new world hopped take on the classic, malty English-style IPA with the extreme deliciousness that is West Yorkshire Ale Yeast of course!
Why is it called The Cutler? I spent a solid amount of time brewing in a northern Derbyshire brewery back in England, whilst living above a classic English pub serving the delicious cask ales from the brewery. It was based just out of Sheffield in Yorkshire, renowned for its steel and cutlery industries.
It also happens that my two boys have Yorkshire heritage, with their great great grandmother hailing from the famous Wostenholm family, makers of fine steel cutlery. So it made sense really! We’re called “Fork” & Brewer aren’t we!!
Served unfiltered in the traditional cask ale style on handpump. Get in quick as there is only 100 litres!!!
