An old school American-style IPA with a bitter front and a dry finish. Definitely one for those who like their IPA’s bitter.

Style: Mythological IPA (Bitter, American IPA).

Malt: Pilsener
Hops: Columbus/Tomahawk/Zeus (CTZ), Centennial, Amarillo, Simcoe
Yeast: House strain, warm fermented
Look: Light amber with subtle, hop-polyphenol haze
Flavor: Sparkling and luscious on the front palate with a hint of nuttiness. Hints of pine needle and
preserved peaches. Mouth coating bitterness with firm malt texture at the back and a warm tingling
after-bitterness
Aroma: candied stone fruit juniper and a hint of kaffir lime. Peach melba
