A new spin on a classic: Digitally Remastered IPA

The latest Fork & Brewer beer is a new spin on a classic New Zealand brew – Yeastie Boys Digital IPA. Thanks to those nifty QR codes on the bottles, the exact recipe for Digital IPA is freely available on-line.  The Fork’s head brewer, Lester Dunn, studied the recipe then talked to the beer’s creator, Yeastie Boy Stu McKinlay, about how he could put a “different spin” on it. Our on-site brewery has started 2013 with a hiss and a roar with a number of new beers flowing through the taps.
